  1. Lol this is funny. thanks for the laugh. Stopping by from SITS! :)

  2. Hope this does the trick – my fridge is loaded with Gonal-F left over from my last cycle and waiting for my next to be approved! Looks like you got the pen, which is wicked easy to manage. Fingers crossed that IVF#1 is all it takes!

    • Thank you! Co-occurring challenge: Concealing the drug cocktail in our fridge when our in-the-dark relatives visit in a few weeks. Ack!

Perhaps I’ll have actually starting working my way through some of it. Upped the dose of my Gonal, which was wicked low for IUI cycles, to something alarmingly high for IVF meaning maybe, in spite how it looks, this is like…three nights worth. :-)

      • How are things going for you? Any update?

We’re lucky in that all visitors to the house know what we’re going through and others wouldn’t have a clue to what the stock pile of boxes is in my fridge! I like when I tote it around in a little LL Bean lunchbox cooler when I have to go to BBQs and the like on the weekends. “Excuse me while I bring my lunchbox cooler to the bathroom with me at 7:00pm sharp” :)

      • The visit was hilarious. We snagged a pile of Chinese food bags and tucked our injectables in them so they in many ways resembled left-overs. (Which some of them are, come to think of it.) At least once I feigned diarrhea to administer them (at precisely 7:00pm, no less – ha!) and used this as the excuse for why I waved off the wine list at Top of the Hub.

Anyway, looks like retrieval is going down somewhere between August 1-3, which PERFECTLY coincides with the likes of our third anniversary on August 2. Heading to the clinic this morning to determine whether it’s trigger time, but we’re in the home stretch and carrying an Igloo full of Cetrotide like we’re ready for a picnic. Except of course not. :)
